GWB Hair specializes in premium raw human hair extensions and related beauty products.

We strive to accurately display product colors, textures, lengths, and descriptions. However, because our products are made from authentic raw human hair, natural variations should be expected.

Product photographs are intended to represent the general appearance of our products. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural differences in human hair, lighting conditions, photography, monitor settings, and device displays.

Such natural variations are not manufacturing defects.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, packaging, or specifications at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at our sole discretion.


SECTION 5 — RAW HUMAN HAIR DISCLAIMER

All GWB Hair extensions are produced from ethically sourced human hair.

Because human hair is an unprocessed natural material, no two bundles are identical.

Customers acknowledge and understand that variations may exist in:

  • Texture
  • Wave pattern
  • Curl pattern
  • Density
  • Strand thickness
  • Natural color
  • Luster
  • Overall appearance

These variations are expected characteristics of genuine raw human hair and are not considered defects.

Hair may also respond differently after washing, air drying, heat styling, coloring, or chemical processing.

Improper care, excessive heat, bleaching, permanent coloring, or installation performed by inexperienced stylists may permanently alter the hair.

Natural characteristics and customer-caused alterations do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, replacements, or store credit except where required by applicable law.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products from GWB Hair. All orders are subject to review and acceptance by GWB Hair.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
  • Pricing, inventory, or typographical errors;
  • Product availability;
  • Suspected resale or commercial distribution;
  • Violation of these Terms of Service;
  • Requests that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and you receive an order confirmation from GWB Hair.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any authorized refund will be issued to the original payment method.


SECTION 7 — PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other required fees will be calculated during checkout where required by law.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted;
  • All billing information provided is accurate and complete;
  • You will pay all charges associated with your order.

Providing false payment information or attempting to use unauthorized payment methods may result in cancellation of your order and restriction from future purchases.


SECTION 8 — ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because many of our products are prepared and processed shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you need to request a modification, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.

Orders that have entered fulfillment or have been shipped cannot be canceled.


SECTION 9 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

GWB Hair currently ships within the United States and to select international destinations.

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, high order volume, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

GWB Hair is not responsible for delays once a shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and shipping method unless otherwise specified.


SECTION 10 — RISK OF LOSS

Ownership of purchased products transfers to the customer when GWB Hair delivers the shipment to the designated shipping carrier.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

For orders requiring a signature, delivery is considered complete when the carrier obtains a signature at the delivery address.

GWB Hair is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery;
  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer;
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers;
  • Customs delays or import procedures;
  • Delivery issues resulting from inaccurate customer information.

Customers are encouraged to monitor shipment tracking and arrange for secure delivery of valuable packages.


SECTION 11 — FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions and for the protection of all customers, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been:

  • Opened;
  • Installed;
  • Worn;
  • Brushed;
  • Combed;
  • Washed;
  • Colored;
  • Bleached;
  • Chemically processed;
  • Cut;
  • Altered in any way.

Any approved exception shall be made solely at the discretion of GWB Hair.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.


SECTION 12 — PRODUCT INSPECTION

Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.

Any claim involving an incorrect item, shipping damage, or suspected manufacturing defect must be reported to GWB Hair within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Failure to notify GWB Hair within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied to the extent permitted by law.

Claims submitted after the hair has been installed, washed, chemically processed, colored, cut, or otherwise altered may not be eligible for review.


SECTION 13 — PRODUCT CARE

Premium raw human hair requires proper maintenance to preserve its quality and longevity.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided by GWB Hair.

GWB Hair is not responsible for damage or diminished performance resulting from:

  • Improper installation;
  • Excessive heat styling;
  • Bleaching or chemical processing;
  • Permanent coloring;
  • Improper washing or conditioning;
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance practices;
  • Installation or maintenance performed by an unlicensed or inexperienced stylist.

Because hair care routines vary from customer to customer, GWB Hair does not guarantee a specific lifespan for any product.

SECTION 14 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, educational materials, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, icons, branding, website design, layouts, downloadable materials, and other content (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to GWB Hair and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of products does not grant you ownership of or rights to use any of GWB Hair’s intellectual property.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute website content;
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content;
  • Use our product photography or videos for commercial purposes;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

Because raw human hair is a natural product, we do not guarantee that every bundle will be identical in color, texture, density, wave pattern, or overall appearance.

We also do not guarantee any specific lifespan, styling outcome, or performance of products, as results depend on customer care, installation, maintenance, environmental conditions, and chemical processing.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties. Where prohibited, portions of this disclaimer may not apply.


SECTION 20 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GWB Hair, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or Services.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of profits;

Customers agree to contact GWB Hair directly before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through a financial institution.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, we ask that you provide GWB Hair with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

GWB Hair reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms of Service.

Evidence submitted in response to a chargeback may include, but is not limited to:

  • Order confirmations;
  • Payment records;
  • Shipment tracking;
  • Carrier delivery confirmation;
  • Signature confirmation, when applicable;

  • Photographs or videos;

Customers who engage in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may be prohibited from making future purchases and may be subject to any additional remedies available under applicable law.

SECTION 22 — INDEMNIFICATION

During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.


SECTION 24 — GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services, products, or any transaction with GWB Hair shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
